 We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed.

Damaged Products

While we take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure safe delivery, certain items may be susceptible to damage during transit due to their fragile nature and courier handling, which is beyond our control.

In case you receive a damaged product:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Please share clear images and videos, including a complete unboxing video (mandatory)

Once received, we will review the issue and make our best efforts to assist you by coordinating with our courier partner.

 

 

Important Note

Approval of any resolution is subject to verification of the proof shared. Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.

 

 

Colour Accuracy Disclaimer

We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen settings and brightness

  • Lighting conditions

  • Editing and photography

Such minor differences are not considered defects. As we maintain strict quality standards for our materials, products cannot be returned or exchanged due to slight colour variations.
